Dick Hall is a 95 year-old Korean War veteran who has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for the High Plains Honor Flight.
To show appreciation to our Veterans the High Plains Honor Flight wants to make sure they have a welcome home that many never received.
The trip to visit the Memorials in Washington, D.C. is at no cost to the veterans.
